How the local business schema generator works
The generator turns your details into JSON-LD, the structured data format Google recommends. You choose a schema.org type, from the general LocalBusiness to specific ones like Plumber, RoofingContractor or HVACBusiness, then enter name, website, phone, address, an opening hours preset (open 24/7, Mon-Fri 8-5 or Mon-Sat 7-7), service-area cities, sameAs links to your Business Profile and social pages, a logo URL and a price range. Each value goes into the matching property, and the result is wrapped in a <script type="application/ld+json"> block ready to paste. Service-area businesses can leave the street out. Keep every detail identical to your Business Profile, and test the code with Google's Rich Results Test or the Schema.org validator before publishing. Markup describes your business to search engines; it does not guarantee any special display in results.
Using the numbers like a pro: tips for local service businesses
Pick the most specific type that fits, such as Plumber or Electrician, rather than plain LocalBusiness. If nothing fits, LocalBusiness or HomeAndConstructionBusiness is a safe fallback.
Place the markup on the page that best represents the business, usually the homepage or contact page, instead of pasting the same block onto every page of the site.
Update the markup whenever your phone, hours or address change. Stale structured data contradicts your Business Profile and gives search engines mixed signals.
Want us to do this for you?
Schema will not bring in leads by itself, but it removes doubt about who you are, where you work and how to reach you. Pair it with matching details on your Business Profile, contact page and main directories. If your site runs on WordPress or a page builder, paste the block into a header code area or use a plugin that accepts custom JSON-LD.

Local Business Schema Generator questions
What is local business schema?
It is structured data, written with the schema.org vocabulary, that tells search engines your business name, type, address, phone, hours and other details in a format machines read easily. It usually sits in a JSON-LD script on your website. Google uses structured data to understand pages, and some types make a page eligible for enhanced displays.
Where do I put JSON-LD schema on my website?
Paste the script block into the head or body of the page it describes, usually the homepage or contact page for business details. Google can read JSON-LD in either place. On WordPress, use a header and footer code plugin or your SEO plugin's custom schema option, then test the live page in the Rich Results Test.
Does schema markup help local SEO?
It helps search engines read your business details accurately, which supports the consistency local search relies on. It is not a direct ranking boost, and Google does not promise any special display for using it. Think of it as clean labeling: worth doing once, doing correctly and keeping in sync with your Business Profile.
