Terms of Service
The terms that apply when you use our website or hire Synova Digital for marketing services.
Effective date: October 12, 2026
Agreement
By using synovadigital.com or engaging Synova Digital ("Synova", "we", "us") for services, you ("Client", "you") agree to these terms. If you sign a proposal, statement of work or plan with us, its specific terms apply together with these terms; if they conflict, the signed document wins.
Our services
We provide digital marketing services such as SEO, Google Business Profile management, Google Ads and Local Services Ads management, website design and development, social media, email marketing, lead generation and AI tools. The exact scope, deliverables and fees for your account are set out in your proposal or monthly plan.
Free audit and map-rank scan
Our free audit and map-rank scan are provided without charge or obligation. They are an assessment based on information available at the time and are not a guarantee of results.
Fees and payment
Plans are billed monthly in advance unless your proposal says otherwise. Any setup or project fees are stated in your proposal. If a payment is late, we may pause work until the account is brought up to date.
Ad spend and third-party costs
Advertising budgets for Google, Meta and other platforms are paid by you directly to those platforms and are separate from our fees. We do not add hidden markups to ad spend. Costs for third-party tools, hosting, domains or software you choose to use are your responsibility unless your proposal states otherwise.
Term and cancellation
Plans run month to month. There is no long-term contract. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice by email. Services continue during the notice period, and the notice period is billed as normal. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Deliverables guarantee
Each month has an agreed list of deliverables. If we do not deliver them for reasons within our control, the remedy set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy applies.
No ranking or results guarantee
Search engines, maps, AI tools and advertising platforms are controlled by third parties who change their systems often. We commit to doing the agreed work professionally and reporting on it transparently, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, traffic, leads, calls or revenue. Case studies and examples on our website show past work and are not a promise of future results.
Your responsibilities
- Provide accurate information about your business, licenses, insurance, services and service area
- Give us timely access to the accounts and approvals we need
- Review and approve content, scripts and ads before they go live when asked
- Make sure claims about your business are true and that you hold any licenses you advertise
- Comply with laws that apply to your business, including rules on call recording, AI disclosure and marketing consent
Third-party platforms
We follow the policies of Google, Meta and other platforms. We are not responsible for actions those platforms take, such as profile suspensions, ad disapprovals, policy changes or algorithm updates, although we will help you respond to them.
Account ownership
Your Google Business Profile, Google Ads account, analytics, domain and social accounts belong to you. We recommend they are held in your business's name with Synova added as a manager. If we create an account for you, we will transfer ownership on request.
Intellectual property
Once fees for the relevant work are paid in full, you own the website content, designs and copy we create specifically for you. We keep ownership of our pre-existing tools, templates, code libraries and know-how, and grant you a license to use them as part of your deliverables. We may describe our work for you in anonymized form in case studies unless you ask us not to.
AI tools
Our AI Receptionist, AI chat and AI-assisted content are configured from information you approve. You are responsible for reviewing scripts and answers, for any disclosures required where you operate, and for obtaining consent where call recording laws require it. AI systems can make mistakes, and you should not rely on them for safety-critical or legal advice to your customers.
Website tools and calculators
Calculators, estimators and other tools on our website provide rough estimates for general information only. They are not professional, engineering, financial or legal advice. Always confirm figures on site and with qualified professionals.
Confidentiality
We keep your business information confidential and use it only to provide our services, except where disclosure is required by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Synova is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including lost profits or revenue. Our total liability for any claim relating to our services is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Synova Digital is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law where you are located requires otherwise. We will always try to resolve any dispute informally first.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date shows the latest version. Changes do not affect work already completed under earlier terms.
